Alex came to visit our centre today and ran a wonderful incursion with our 3 year old and 4 year old children. He talked about how to make a worm farm, how important worms are and how to look after worms. It was a very engaging incursion and I'm sure that the children now appreciate worms a lot more than they did before.
Alex was excellent to deal with, he has a lovely manner with the children and explained everything to them in a very thorough and age appropriate way, he was patient and compassionate when answering their questions and was very warm and approachable.
We hope to invite Alex back to our service each year to help us keep our worms happy and healthy!
